Our Regional Outreach Program is designed around continuity of care rather than one off visits. Our clinicians return to regional communities on scheduled outreach blocks, allowing participants to maintain an ongoing relationship with their Occupational Therapist across assessment, intervention, equipment, review and changing support needs.
