Allied Care & Co provides NDIS Occupational Therapy across Gladstone and surrounding communities through our Regional Outreach Program. Our Occupational Therapists provide Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, Home & Living assessments and ongoing Occupational Therapy, with specialist capability in complex disability and forensic and custodial Occupational Therapy. We work collaboratively with NDIS participants, families, Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to provide practical, evidence informed support focused on function, independence and participation.

Our Regional Outreach Program brings Allied Care & Co Occupational Therapists directly to Gladstone, providing face to face NDIS Occupational Therapy alongside ongoing support between outreach visits where clinically appropriate.
The program is designed to improve continuity of care for regional participants while providing access to clinicians experienced in complex disability, Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home & Living and multidisciplinary support.
We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and broader support teams to coordinate assessment, intervention and follow up across the participant’s NDIS journey.
