Allied Care & Co provides NDIS Occupational Therapy in Emerald through our Regional Outreach Program, with face to face clinic based appointments delivered in partnership with Emerald Medical Group and scheduled visits to local schools, kindergartens and childcare settings. Our Occupational Therapists provide Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home & Living assessments and ongoing Occupational Therapy, with experience supporting participants with complex disability, psychosocial, cognitive and developmental needs.
Our clinicians work collaboratively with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, educators and multidisciplinary teams to provide practical, evidence informed Occupational Therapy focused on function, independence and participation.

Our Regional Outreach Program brings Allied Care & Co Occupational Therapists directly to Emerald, providing in-clinic or school-based face to face NDIS Occupational Therapy alongside ongoing support between outreach visits where clinically appropriate.
The program is designed to improve continuity of care for regional participants while providing access to clinicians experienced in complex disability, Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home & Living and multidisciplinary support.
We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and broader support teams to coordinate assessment, intervention and follow up across the participant’s NDIS journey.
